One of the main selling points of the AION S is its sleek design. This model looks extremely futuristic from every angle. This design is purely focused towards reducing the drag coefficient and maximizing the efficiency of this vehicle. This is one of the main reasons why this model gets an excellent range of 510 km with such a small battery pack.
The interior of the AION S is also one of its strong points. This model has a very well designed interior that is also very well put together. The area where the AION S also shines is when it comes to entertainment. With this new model you get two giant horizontal screens. The infotainment is extremely snappy and responsive to the touch. The AION S can use the most extreme fast charging of up to 381 kW. This type of charger will charge the battery from 20 to 80% in less than 10 minutes. While slower chargers will charge it in less than 30 minutes.
The AION S is built for performance. Although the model makes a modest 181 hp, it has a lot of torque. Which is about 300 Nm. So, when you accelerate, you will feel the EV performance that this model offers.
The base price for the AION S in China is $20,500. This is the price for the base version, more equipped models will cost you up to $29,000.
Both AION and XPENG are fairly new companies, their target audience are people who love EVs. And both of these companies make really good products. The difference is that XPENG is a standalone company, while AION is owned by GAC Motor, a company that has more experience in building cars.
Buying a car from China is a simple process. First thing you have to do is research and find a supplier. Like SpeedX for example, then you can ask for a quote. Once you are satisfied with the price, you can finalize the spec and sign a purchase agreement with us and do an inspection of the car. Once you buy the model, we ship the car to your location.
