And not only that, this model also handles perfectly well. In the front, you have MacPherson struts, while in the rear you have a multi-link suspension as in every other modern vehicle.
Entertainment is another important aspect when it comes to EVs. Everyone wants to have as much screen as possible and the NETA U delivers precisely that. Inside of the cabin, you have two large screens that are extremely sharp. The infotainment is very usable and very responsive. The software is amazing. Even if you don’t want to use the factory software, you have the option to choose Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
This model is also able to use fast charging. Nobody wants to wait for hours at the charging station. So, if you are one of those people, you will enjoy your NETA U a lot more. Since this model allows supercharging. You will be able to charge the battery from 20 to 80% in only 30 minutes.
The NETA U Pro is also born for high performance. The Pro is the most fun model in the NETA U lineup and comes equipped with a 228 hp motor that allows you to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in only 7 seconds.
The price for the NETA U Pro in China is about $27,500. This model is more expensive compared to the other NETA U models with smaller amounts of power and lower range.
Both companies are Chinese EV manufacturers. The main difference is the BYD has much wider production capacities compared to Hozon NETA, as well as more experience in building cars.
Importing an EV from China is a fairly simple process. First thing you need to do is to find a supplier. For example, SpeedX. Then you can ask for a quote. Once you are satisfied with the price, you can finalize the spec and sign an agreement and also do an inspection of the vehicle. Once you pay for the car, the car will be shipped and you will have to pay the customs and registration fees in your country.

The real range of the NETA U Pro is about 610 km. This is 100 km more compared to the standard NETA U model. That model only delivers 510 km of range.
Hozon NETA makes solid vehicles. Although quite new to the market, they have amassed great experience in the last couple of years and are doubling or tripling their production every year.
This model has a lithium ion battery. The capacity of the battery is 81.58 kWh and this gives the NETA U a range of 610 km.
In order for a vehicle to be sold in the Chinese market it has to be safe. This means that the model has to be crash tested and meet the C-NCAP test requirement. As well as offer a lot of extra safety equipment.
The amount you have to pay to import and register a car in your country does not depend on SpeedX. Each country has different fees for importing a vehicle from abroad. So, you need to do good research before you decide to buy a car from China. Contact the customs office and ask them for the amount of fees you will have to pay for this specific model you want to buy.
