Learn about who we areย
Weโve enhanced our cross-docking process to improve our clients’ shipping experience. Certified QC inspectors thoroughly inspect our cross-decks in China after your orders get to you. This optimizes the delivery processes and ensures your products arrive in perfect condition.
Our commitment to excellence ensures the implementation of quality control across every production stage. We provide in-house and on-site quality control (QC) procedures to ensure the quality of your custom parts. Our QC teams in Amsterdam or Chicago inspect all designs, enabling the distribution of premium-quality parts.
Gather all relevant documentation, including vehicle registration, export/import papers, and any manufacturer or government certifications.
Ensure you have all the necessary tools and equipment for the inspection.
Begin by visually inspecting the vehicle’s exterior, looking for any noticeable damage, dents, scratches, or signs of poor maintenance.
Check the vehicle’s body panels, lights, mirrors, windows, and other exterior features for proper functionality and alignment.
Inspect the vehicle’s interior, checking the overall cleanliness, condition, and functionality.
Test all electrical components, such as lights, air conditioning, infotainment system, and dashboard controls.
Check the seating, upholstery, and other interior parts for wear and tear.
Inspect the engine compartment for any signs of leaks, damage, or poor maintenance.
Check fluid levels, including engine oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and coolant.
Test the vehicle’s brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust system to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Verify that all the vehicle’s electrical systems, such as the battery, wiring, charging ports, and electronic controls, are functioning correctly.
Test the vehicle’s hybrid or electric powertrain components, including batteries, motors, and charging systems, to ensure they are operating as intended.
Take the vehicle for a test drive to evaluate its performance, handling, acceleration, braking, and overall driving experience.
Pay close attention to any abnormal noises, vibrations, or other issues that may arise during the drive.
Document all findings and observations from the inspection process, noting any defects, issues, or areas of concern.
Prepare a comprehensive inspection report with clear descriptions, supporting photographs, and appropriate recommendations.
If any defects or issues are identified during the inspection, work with the manufacturer or authorized repair technicians to address and rectify them promptly.
Ensure that all necessary repairs and adjustments are completed to meet the required quality and safety standards.
Conduct a final inspection after any necessary repairs have been made to verify that all issues have been addressed satisfactorily.
Once the vehicle meets all the quality and safety requirements, mark it as approved for export, and proceed with the necessary paperwork.
